Returns and Refunds

All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Handmade items that are not custom can be returned or exchanged only if they arrive damaged or broken.

Change of mind: If you change your mind about a non-custom item that we have consistently in stock, you may return it for a refund or exchange, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return or exchange include:

• Custom or personalized items
• Normal variations in handmade items
• Minor differences in colour, size, or texture

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will happily offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Returns may be required depending on the item.
